Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know you may want to return items.

We give all our customers 30 days following the date of delivery the option to to cancel their order.

Returned product(s) must be complete, in an undamaged state and returned in their original packaging. If products are not in a re-saleable condition on return, we reserve the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from receipt of cancellation.

Unfortunately we can’t offer to pay postage for returns.

If your goods have been damaged in transit, please retain the packaging and inform us as soon as possible, giving as much information as you can. All damaged or faulty goods will be either be replaced with an equivalent product, or refunded.
